The Company is proud to have produced this amazing City wide music programme with Birmingham Conservatoire led by Artistic Director Bobbie-Jane Gardner.
Working with musicians in all of the 40 Wards making up the 10 Districts in Birmingham over 800 people have inspire new music for the City.

In schools, parks, cafes, youth clubs and community lunch clubs, composers collected field recordings and stories collaborating to create new compositions. This ambitious programme resulted in 10 new commissioned pieces performed in each District and a wonderful limited edition vinyl sharing ‘the sound of Birmingham,’. Partners included FlatPack, MAC, BCMG, South&City College and Birmingham Conservatoire.
